Lake O' The Woods Club is staying open one more week through Sunday 9/23! Usual hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM every day.

Practice naturism in the company of like-minded folks, surrounded by beautiful scenery while the leaves contemplate their impending transformation - not much else compares!

We will be open to all visitors between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM daily, with an exception: no first time visitors are allowed on Saturdays after 5 PM unless prior arrangements have been made.  All guests are admitted at the discretion of the Gatekeeper.

Our pool and the hot tub are superbly maintained and the beach and grounds are inviting! We have a new solar shower out on the sundeck.  The sunfish sailboat is in tip-top shape, and the birdwatching is fabulous. Come by and enjoy it all with us!

We are a member-owned, family-oriented, cooperative nudist club conveniently located 15 miles east of I-65 on US-30

Founded in 1933, the Lake O’ The Woods Club in Valparaiso, Indiana is the second-longest operating naturist club in the U.S.A.  The club is set around a beautiful spring-fed 20 acre lake on 130 acres of hilly, forested terrain.  Our facilities include a clubhouse with two kitchens (one for guest use, the other for cooking for large groups at club events), an outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, two sandy beaches with sun decks about half a mile apart on the lake, and a small dog beach.  The lake is great for swimming, boating, and fishing, and it has hiking trails all around it through a forest full of wildlife. Come see for yourself!

As a cooperative club, Lake O' the Woods Club welcomes folks and friends from the world-wide nudist community but has no regular staff or office, so we ask your patience when signing in!  Visitors are welcome during the season when there is a Gatekeeper on duty (between 9 AM and 9 PM every day; with limited entry after 6 PM) to greet them and offer hospitality and a tour if time allows.

We welcome inquiries regarding visiting, camping, membership and reservations for accommodations for the summer. This website covers most questions you may have, but if you want to speak with someone call 219-477-6643 or 219-241-0739 and leave a brief message and we'll get back to you.  Or click the "info" link at the top right of this page for other contact options.
